Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 2026

TraunXperience is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Conformance Status

This website largely conforms to the requirements of WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and the provisions of the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Accessibility Measures

We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Semantic HTML5 with correct heading hierarchy
  • ARIA labels and landmarks on all navigation and interactive elements
  • Visible focus indicators (3px solid, ≥3:1 contrast) on all interactive elements
  • Minimum touch target size of 48×48px on all buttons and links
  • Visible labels on all form fields (no placeholder as substitute)
  • Alt text on all informative images
  • Colour contrasts in accordance with WCAG 2.2 AA (at least 4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Respecting prefers-reduced-motion for all animations
  • Consistent help functions on every page (phone, email, WhatsApp)
  • Skip link to main content
  • Full keyboard navigation for all functions
  • Responsive design for all screen sizes

Non-accessible Content

The following content is not yet fully accessible:

  • PDF documents: Older PDF documents (parent letter, packing list) are being progressively updated and made accessible.
  • Map content: Embedded map content from Google Maps may have limited accessibility. A text-based alternative (address + link to Google Maps) is provided.

Preparation of This Statement

This statement was prepared on 1 February 2026.

The assessment is based on a self-evaluation against the WCAG 2.2 AA criteria. An external review is planned.
