Swimwear, a towel, sturdy sports shoes (that can get wet), sun protection and drinks. Life jackets, paddles and helmets are provided by us. Optional: wetsuit (available from us for €10) and waterproof phone case.

Yes, swimming skills are a prerequisite for all trips. Life jackets are provided on every tour and are mandatory. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Children are very welcome! Requirements: swimming ability and accompaniment by a parent or guardian.

In case of thunderstorms or high water, the trip will be rescheduled free of charge. The guide decides on the day based on current conditions. You will be informed in good time by phone or WhatsApp. Light rain is not a problem – it can even be fun on the water!

Yes! With our rental service you paddle on your own. You'll receive a river map, a safety briefing and full equipment. Guided tours are optionally available from €360 half-day flat rate – ideal for groups, corporate events or anyone who wants to learn more about the nature and history of the region.

Individuals (SUP/kayak pickup): Short-term parking is available at our base in Lambach for equipment pickup.

Group tours: Meeting point is at Flavia Bad car park (Badgasse 20, 4651 Stadl-Paura).

Transfer: Transfer to the starting point is included for 3 or more people – after the tour you finish right at your vehicle. Alternative: approx. 15-minute walk from the exit to the nearest train station, with trains every 30–60 minutes towards Linz or Vöcklabruck. For individual transfers, we can arrange a local taxi service.

A rental tour takes approx. 2–4 hours depending on the route and pace. Guided tours are available as half-day (2–3h) or full-day (5–6h). The Traun Gorge tour takes approx. 3–4 hours. Please allow an extra 30 minutes for the safety briefing and preparation.

Yes, we operate exclusively by appointment. This ensures enough equipment is ready and you receive the best service. Book 2–3 days in advance via our booking form, by phone or WhatsApp.
