How your team day works

  1. Transfer & Welcome

    We transfer your team to the starting point before departure. After the tour you finish right at your vehicle. Also easily accessible by public transport – approx. 15-minute walk to the train station, trains every 30–60 min towards Linz or Vöcklabruck.

  2. Briefing & Paddling Technique

    Safety briefing, life jackets on and learn the basics of paddling.

  3. Trip on the Traun

    Paddle together through the Natura 2000 reserve – 2–5 hours depending on the programme.

  4. Catering & Activities

    Optional: snacks & drinks by the water, team games. Catering available on request.

  5. Arrival

    You arrive back at the starting point at your vehicle. Duration and programme flexible by arrangement.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend at least 2–3 weeks lead time, in high season (June–August) ideally 4–6 weeks.

Do we receive an invoice?

Of course. You will receive a proper invoice with VAT for your accounting department.

What happens in bad weather?

In case of thunderstorms or high water, the date is rescheduled free of charge. Light rain is no problem – team spirit knows no weather!

Is there liability insurance?

Yes, TraunXperience has business liability insurance. All participants receive life jackets and a safety briefing. More about safety →

What are the cancellation terms?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the date. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Weather-related cancellation by us: free rescheduling.
