2. Overview of Data Processing

We only process personal data when it is necessary for the provision of our website and services. Processing is based on Art. 6(1) GDPR.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

Server log files (IP address, time, page accessed) are stored for a maximum of 7 days. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place.

4. Contact Forms

When using our contact and booking forms, the following data is processed: name, email address, phone number (optional), message.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Storage period: Enquiries are deleted after 2 years if no contractual relationship has been established. Booking data: 7 years (tax retention obligation).

5. Email Contact

When you contact us by email, the data you provide is stored for processing purposes. No data is shared with third parties.

This website uses cookies in three categories. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-TKF2VHX7) to manage website tags. The Tag Manager itself does not store any personal data.

On our contact page we offer an embedded Google Maps map. It is only loaded after you actively click "Load map" (two-click solution). No data is transmitted to Google before your consent.

9b. YouTube Videos (Embedded with Consent)

We embed YouTube videos on our website. These are loaded via the privacy-friendly domain youtube-nocookie.com and only after you actively click "Play video" (two-click solution). No data is transmitted to Google/YouTube before your consent.

We do not embed social media widgets or third-party fonts directly. Fonts are hosted locally.
