Good to Know for Parents
Minimum Age
From age 8. Younger children on request -- we then recommend a shorter, calmer route.
Life Jacket
Provided and mandatory for all participants -- children and adults alike. Available in all sizes.
What to Bring
Swimwear, sun protection (cream & cap), towel, change of clothes, sturdy shoes (no flip-flops), snacks & drinks.
Meeting Point
Lambach, car park right by the water. Easy to reach by car or public transport (train station within walking distance).
Prices
From €39 per person (children from age 8 same price). Equipment and briefing included. Wetsuit optional: €10.
Bad Weather
In the event of thunderstorms or high water, dates are rescheduled free of charge. Light rain is no problem -- the kids will get wet anyway!
