How it works

  1. Choose your voucher

    Pick your experience – optionally with a guided tour.

  2. Place your order

    Fill in the order form. You'll get your personalised voucher straight away as a PDF by email, and the payment link shortly after.

  3. Give the gift

    Print the voucher on A4 and fold it twice – it fits a standard envelope, with space for your personal note. Or share the PDF digitally.

  4. Redeem

    Book your date via the booking form and enter the voucher number in the last step (season May–October).

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the voucher valid?

Our vouchers have no expiry date – you can redeem them any time. Redemption is possible within the season (May–October).

How do I redeem the voucher?

Book your preferred date via our booking form and enter the voucher number (printed on the voucher, e.g. TX-2026-007-K4QZ) in the last step. Like every guest, you'll then receive all tour info incl. the safety briefing, and we'll deduct the voucher value.

Can I cancel the voucher?

Cancellation is possible within 14 days of purchase (Distance Selling Regulations). Contact us at office@traunxperience.at.

Is the voucher transferable?

Yes, the voucher can be passed on to another person. Please have the voucher code and ID ready when redeeming.

How do I pay for the voucher?

After your order, you'll receive a payment link by email (SumUp or PayPal). Payment is quick, easy and secure.
