How long is the voucher valid?
Our vouchers have no expiry date – you can redeem them any time. Redemption is possible within the season (May–October), and you only pay on site at the start of the tour.
How do I redeem the voucher?
Simply provide the voucher code when booking or give us a call. We'll reserve your preferred date and apply the voucher value.
Can I cancel the voucher?
Cancellation is possible within 14 days of purchase (Distance Selling Regulations). Contact us at office@traunxperience.at.
Is the voucher transferable?
Yes, the voucher can be passed on to another person. Please have the voucher code and ID ready when redeeming.
How do I pay for the voucher?
After your order, you'll receive a payment link by email (SumUp or PayPal). Payment is quick, easy and secure.
