Binding Declaration

I hereby declare the following:

That I am physically healthy and able to swim.
That I have read, understood, and will follow the safety briefing.
That I will only use the equipment (board, paddle, life jacket) in the intended manner.
That I will immediately return to shore in case of danger or feeling unwell.
That I am liable for any damage to the equipment caused by gross negligence or improper use.

Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that participation in water activities is at my own risk. I waive all claims against the operator TraunXperience for damages, injuries or losses, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the operator.
